Whole Body Field Guide

Clinical review process.

What an independent health review must cover, and how readers can see its status.

Current status

No article is currently represented as independently clinically reviewed. Checking citations, editing a draft, and generating content with AI do not constitute independent clinical review.

Who is appropriate to review

A reviewer must have verifiable qualifications relevant to the subject, current authorization where the activity requires it, and a declared relationship to the publisher or featured businesses. A nutrition article and a rehabilitation article may need different reviewers. A general wellness credential does not automatically establish clinical scope.

The review checklist

  1. Check each health claim against its cited source and the population it concerns.
  2. Identify unsupported treatment promises, missing alternatives, and important evidence limits.
  3. Check whether safety and referral language is appropriate to the topic.
  4. Separate editorial planning examples from individualized care instructions.
  5. Record corrections, reviewed version, reviewer credentials, relationship disclosure, and date.

Priority review queue

The first review batch covers movement, meal planning, sleep routines, relaxation, recovery conversations, evaluating health claims, beginner strength training, food labels, sleep hygiene, and practitioner qualifications.

Propose a qualified reviewer. Include the relevant professional background and topic. This is a contact route, not confirmation that a reviewer has been appointed.
