Whole Body Field Guide

Editorial standards.

How we approach sources, health claims, and business relationships.

Sources you can follow

Guides include source links for the health information they summarize. We prioritize public health agencies, original research, and professional guidance. A link should support the particular claim, not simply lend a page an appearance of authority.

General education and clinical review

We distinguish general planning suggestions from health recommendations. We do not diagnose readers or prescribe individualized treatment. The initial guides have not received independent clinical review; this is disclosed on each article. We will only name a clinical reviewer after review has actually occurred.

Business relationships

Founder Drew Edmondson owns Transcending Health. Links to Transcending Health lead to a business in which he has a financial interest. The site also links to Unified Wellness Project, where he serves as director, and STANDBY Local, his website business. Those links are identified as related organizations or a site credit. They do not establish evidence for a health claim.

Clear distinctions

Personal experience and testimonials are not presented as proof of effectiveness. We do not invent patient stories, research findings, professional credentials, or reviewer endorsements. Any future sponsored article or affiliate link will need a clear disclosure alongside the relevant content.

Dates and corrections

Each guide records its publication date and the date its sources were checked. Corrections should update the article and its modification date. To report an error, email Drew.Edmondson@transcendinghealth.net with the page link and the passage you want us to examine. Please do not send private medical information.
